I worked at a summer camp for four summers in college, and made many friends while I was there. Jayne is one of those friends who I had, sadly, lost contact with over the past few years, until she contacted me awhile back about being the photographer for her wedding. I was so thrilled to hear from her, and when we discovered we were both going to be home in Minnesota for the holidays, we decided it would be the perfect time to get together and chat about the wedding, as well as take some engagement pictures of her and her fiance, Jake.
I have just two more things to say about this session: these two are adorable and fantastic together, and it. was. so. cold. outside. We took about five breaks in a car with the heaters on full blast to warm up, and then agreed that none of us living in Minnesota during the winter any more was probably a good choice made by all.
It was so much fun catching up with Jayne and getting to know Jake, and I can't wait to be a part of their big day this summer! Congrats, you two!
